What should I expect at my session?
Every photographer has their own style first and foremost. You can view some of my work here to see if my style fits you. When it is warm enough I shoot mainly outside. I love to be outside and most kids do as well. Gives more options to move around plus easier to capture personality.
You will not be posed, stiff, feel uncomfortable, and not formal. The most authentic images occur when you and your family are interacting naturally. I am just there to capture those moments. Younger kids I do am more playful with and more movement happens. You cannot expect a young child to sit and pose. The end result will looked posed but in reality it's your child playing. I want your session to be fun and at the end of it all you feel happy. I always have lots of locations, ideas, and props to use during your session but I am open to incorporating your own props or pose you would like to recreate. If you need help with outifts and color, I can help you with that.
I do have a studio in my home for newborns or for those rainy cold days. I do travel to your home for outdoor sessions but not for indoor. I want your images to come out all expectations met.
